Exporting to Netherlands

Tarragon supplier in Netherlands

We export Tarragon from India to Netherlands in bulk — an anise-scented French culinary herb, scheduled in India but barely grown for export.

Who supplies Tarragon to Netherlands?

YouPals exports Tarragon from India to Netherlands in bulk — in the grade and packing you specify, steam-treated and lab-tested to Netherlands requirements, from sample quantities up to full container loads.

Shipping Tarragon to Netherlands

Netherlands is a Europe market that took 2% of India’s spice export value in FY2025-26. Consignments of Tarragon to Netherlands usually route through Rotterdam.

Netherlands is also a re-export hub, so part of the Tarragon that lands here moves onward rather than being consumed locally — worth pricing in when you compare quotes.

On entry to Netherlands, Tarragon classifies under ITC-HS 1211 90 99. Ask us to confirm Netherlands’s current duty on that line before you commit — we would rather verify it than quote a rate that turns out wrong.

On Netherlands specifically

No dedicated ITC-HS line — Tarragon is not separable in any trade dataset, so no Netherlands-specific figure can exist.

That does not change what we ship you — it only means we will not print a Netherlands duty figure we have not verified. Ask us and we will confirm the current rate for your HS line before you commit.

What to specify on a tarragon contract

  • Available mainly as dried leaf, with tarragon essential oil in smaller quantity; Indian commercial cultivation is minimal, so continuity is a key question.
  • Specify type: French tarragon is the aromatic culinary clone, Russian tarragon is a coarser, weaker substitute; the two are not interchangeable for buyers who want true tarragon character.
  • Graded on anise-like aroma retention, green colour and cleanliness; there are no verified Indian trade specs, so grade is described qualitatively.
  • Delicate, aroma-sensitive leaf browns and loses its estragole note quickly, so gentle drying and cool, light-protected storage are important and fresh stock is preferable.
