Spice export documentation
The document set an Indian spice shipment travels with — CRES, phytosanitary, CoO and the test dossier.
A compliant shipment carries: the exporter’s CRES and IEC; a commercial invoice and packing list; a phytosanitary certificate; a certificate of origin (preferential, e.g. DGFT for CEPA, or non-preferential); and the lab dossier the destination requires (aflatoxin, ETO, pesticide, Salmonella). Missing the destination-specific test is the usual cause of detention.
